Elevation Legal work closely and collaboratively with each client and the client’s other service providers (including their patent attorneys, marketers, financiers, etcetera) at all early growth stages including assisting with the attraction of seed/venture capital, licensing/distribution/franchising, technology transfer and MTA arrangements and agreements and all associated legal advice, supporting agreements and documentation. We assist clients with development of commercialisation and IP protection plans, establishment of appropriate legal/corporate structures for commercialisation projects and can assist inventors establish the most appropriate ‘start-up’ entity.
